For in-stock, pre-approved and deployment-ready inventory, eligible Bay Area requests received by the agreed cutoff can be prepared and tendered to a local courier within three business days. Final arrival timing is confirmed separately based on destination, route, quantity, recipient availability and delivery requirements.

Final arrival timing is confirmed separately based on destination, route, quantity, recipient availability and delivery requirements. We use “three business days,” not “72 hours,” so weekends and holidays are never counted against the window.
Same-day or three-day delivery is confirmed only once the local courier accepts the request. Request cutoffs, covered destinations, unit limits and handling are defined in the Reserve service agreement.

How Reserve works.
Reserve programs generally begin with 1,000 finished units and a monthly service commitment. Storage, inventory intake, preparation, kitting and delivery are scoped around the edition — not bundled as one all-inclusive fee.
- What is JetSetPlay Reserve™?
- JetSetPlay Reserve™ is an optional managed service for qualifying Bay Area clients. Approved finished editions are held locally through JetSetPlay’s operating partners and prepared for gifting, meetings, launches or events when requested.
- What is the minimum for Reserve?
- Reserve programs generally begin with 1,000 finished units and a monthly service commitment. The normal minimum for a custom JetSetPlay edition remains approximately 50 pieces.
- What does the monthly service include?
- Each Reserve agreement is scoped individually. It can include an agreed storage allocation, inventory coordination and access to the private deployment workflow. Receiving, kitting, materials, courier delivery, returns and exceptional handling may be charged separately.
- Can JetSetPlay deliver anywhere in the Bay Area?
- Eligible local delivery is confirmed by destination, quantity, timing and courier availability. JetSetPlay provides the service area and delivery options during Reserve onboarding.
- How much notice is required?
- Eligible requests using in-stock, pre-approved and deployment-ready inventory can be prepared for local courier handoff within three business days when submitted before the agreed cutoff. Final delivery timing is confirmed separately.
- Does Reserve include a private portal?
- Qualifying clients can be given a private branded deployment workflow for inventory visibility, recipient requests, status and reporting. Exact portal capabilities are confirmed during onboarding.
